Recently I started noticing that my calves have been more tight than usual and I have been trying to work the muscles out as much as possible but I thought that I would give this a try. First David was very friendly and we walked over the best option for what I was experiencing. We decided on a Swedish massage with CBD oil. This massage was perfect. The pressure was just right and we talked through most of the massage and had friendly conversation. That made me more comfortable in this process and as time ticketed by I felt more relaxed. I'm going to book again with David and try to make this part of my routine. We will see how my muscles feel during my next few runs. I look forward to making this part of my self care routine. I had booked a 90 minute deep tissue, but he spent extra time trying to get all the tension and knots out of my body. He checked in every so often to see how I was and was very kind and careful. I usually get a massage once every two or three years, but I will definitely be going back in the next couple of months.
