First David was very friendly and we walked over the best option for what I was experiencing. We decided on a Swedish massage with CBD oil. This massage was perfect. The pressure was just right and we talked through most of the massage and had friendly conversation. That made me more comfortable in this process and as time ticketed by I felt more relaxed. I'm going to book again with David and try to make this part of my routine. We will see how my muscles feel during my next few runs. I look forward to making this part of my self care routine.
